* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 6 AM EST early this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and powerlines. Isolated to scattered power outages may result. Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
