Missing Person Sylvia Smith: At Risk Due to Dementia

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Sylvia Smith, who is at risk due to Dementia.

She was last seen on February 26, 2024, in the 2300 block of East 29th Street, at 10:21 AM.
 
Smith is described as a 68-year-old, Black female with dark complexion. She stands 5’5” and weighs 130 pounds, grey hair with brown eyes.
