3rd Street Closed South of Northview Drive 
3rd Street immediately south of Northview Drive will be closed today, Feb. 28 from noon to 5 p.m. while crews complete water main work on Northview Drive. Drivers will need to find an alternate route using 2nd Street. Through traffic on Northview Drive will be maintained.
