Hydrant Flow Testing - Town of Oneonta - Garden St & Club Ave - 2/29/24 
The City of Oneonta and a contractor working for the Town of Oneonta will be conducting a hydrant flow test tomorrow, Feb. 29th beginning at 1:00pm in the area of Garden Street and Club Avenue. Testing should only take one hour.
During testing, a change in water color and/or pressure fluctuations can be expected.
