LOCATION: 1700 block of Collins Street, Needles CA
SUSPECT(S): Teresa Bilgard, 54-years-old, resident of Needles
Darby Wright, 28-years-old, resident of Needles
William Ford, 39-years-old, resident of Needles
Tuesday Gloyn, 46-years-old, resident of Needles
VICTIM(S): The State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 07:02 a.m., deputies and detectives from the Colorado River Sheriff’s Station / Needles Police served a search warrant at residence in the 1700 block of Collins Street. At the conclusion of the search, Teresa Bilgard, Darby Wright, William Ford, were arrested for child endangerment, and maintaining a drug house. Tuesday Gloyn was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
All subjects were booked into jail. Gloyn was later issued a citation and released. Bilgard, Wright and Ford are being held on $60,000 bail.
