LOCATION: 3800 block of 9th Avenue, Montclair
SUSPECT(S): Moises Dominguez, a 30-year-old resident of Pomona Frank Dominguez, a 39-year-old resident of Pomona
Daisy Hernandez-Jaurequi, a 29-year-old resident of Pomona
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 28, 2024, deputies assigned to the Chino Hills Station conducted an investigation to recover stolen property. The investigation led deputies to a home in the 3800 block of 9th Avenue in unincorporated Montclair. Deputies saw a motorcycle and electric bicycle in the yard of the property. The motorcycle was stolen during a residential burglary in unincorporated Chino. The electric bicycle was stolen during a residential burglary in Irvine earlier in the day.
Deputies contacted the occupants of the home and obtained a search warrant. Multiple items of stolen property were found in the house during the search warrant service.
Moises Dominguez, Frank Dominguez, and Daisy Hernandez-Jaurequi were arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center. The investigation continues for investigators as they contact a multitude of suspected victims of property-related crimes.
