4th Precinct Commanders Captain N. Laurie and Executive Officer Lieutenant K. Lee, alongside 4th Precinct Substation Supervisor G. Hernandez and Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley, hosted the Precinct community meeting at the HUBB, located at 135 Prince Street. The meeting’s topic was neighborhood concerns.
