* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM PST Friday. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 7 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. A few power outages are possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN LANDER COUNTY AND NORTHERN EUREKA COUNTY ... SOUTHWEST ELKO COUNTY
