* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following county, Blount.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1107 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oneonta, Springville, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas, Warrior, Locust Fork, Altoona, Snead, Susan Moore, Walnut Grove, Trafford, Allgood, Fairview, Hayden, Nectar, Rosa, County Line, Inland Lake and Bangor.
