On Thursday February 29, 2024, the Meridian-Garden City Impact Team executed a search warrant in the 5700 block of N. Garrett St., Garden City, Idaho. During the execution of the search warrant police arrested Toby Reese “Brad” HALLADAY (45) of Garden City for the following charges Trafficking Cocaine (felony), Controlled Substance-Deliver, Possess or Manufacture with Intent To Deliver, Drug Paraphernalia (felony), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon (felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and a felony Agents Warrant.
HALLADAY is currently on parole for Possession with Intent to Deliver Drugs. During the search police recovered a Smith and Wesson .380 handgun along with ammunition, five (5) magazines, numerous items of drug paraphernalia such as, pipes, foil w/residue, bongs and packaging material, along with scales, cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, LSD, Xanax, and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Investigators also recovered almost $15,000 in cash.
HALLADAY was booked into the Ada County Jail on the previously mentioned charges.
