Today is National Employee Appreciation Day!
The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank all of our employees for their hard work and dedication to this office! We appreciate all of you for the sacrifice you make daily to serve our community.

"These men and women put their lives on the line every day to make McDowell County a safer place to live, work and visit. Thank you to our Administrative staff, our detention staff and all of our deputies for your willingness and dedication to serve others. It is truly my honor to work alongside each of you."
Because of the different shifts and rotations, we will be taking this entire month to recognize each division sporadically.
