* WHERE...Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 4 AM PST Saturday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 4 AM to 4 PM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE
