The sinkhole located at NE 25 ST/NE 22 AVE has been stabilized and will be covered with heavy duty steel plates this evening. No excavation will occur this weekend. The sewer system is functioning. One lane of NE 25th street will remain closed. The conditions will be monitored throughout the weekend.
