Newark Water was working on their water main and meters on Hilton St earlier today. In the area of Franklin Ave to Hoover Ave and Hilton St to Belleville Ave, if you are experiencing brown water, please run your cold water, do not run hot water. Public Works is out flushing hydrants to clear the issue up.
