* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM MST this evening. For the High Wind Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 11 PM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Areas of blowing snow are possible.
