The Miles City Police Department is attempting to locate 15-year-old male juvenile, James Leroy Mitchell. James is about 5'5"' tall and weighs about 126 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He left his residence in Miles City on foot on March 2nd between the hours of 1am and 6am. James is believed to stil be in Miles City. Unknown what he was wearing when he left his residence.
