Use Caution in Area of Redwood Dr and Rohnert Park Expressway Due to Traffic Lights On Flash 
The traffic signal at Rohnert Park Expressway and Redwood Drive is having some issues converting back to normal signal timing after the power outage. It is currently "on flash" (blinking red lights at all legs of the intersection). Flashing red lights ahould be treated as a 4-way stop for all vehicles. Please exercise caution and patience if driving through this area.
