Use Caution in Area of E Cotati and Bodway, Traffic Lights Are On Flash 
The traffic signal at E Cotati Ave and Bodway is having some issues converting back to normal signal timing after the power outage. It is currently "on flash" (blinking red lights at all legs of the intersection). Flashing red lights should be treated as a 4-way stop for all vehicles. Please exercise caution and patience if driving through this area.
