RED FLAG WARNING1:  The NWS has issued a RED FLAG WARNING for West Central Missouri including Cooper County today from 9AM to 6PM.  Warm, dry, windy conditions are expected today.  Wind gust of 35-45 MPH continue through the day.  Low relative humidity (~15-30%) is expected across the region through the daytime hours.  Fires could get out of control quickly.  Outdoor burning is highly discouraged.
