3/01 - 4:43 p.m. - Police responded to the first block of South Breese Street for a report of a hit and run accident. A vehicle struck a parked vehicle and left the scene. A witness obtained the registration plate of the suspect vehicle. The driver was later located in Belleville. Michelle R. Ozee-Young, 56 of Highland, was cited for Failure to Notifiy of Damaging Unattended Vehicle and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
