Wilmington Police arrest two women on drug charges:
Wilmington Police have arrested two women on drug charges.
On February 27, at approximately 1:49 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 600 block of West 5th Street, when they observed two women engaged in drug-related activity. Officers made contact with 23-year-old Celita Colon and 24-year-old Destiny Rowe and took them into custody without incident. Police recovered 73.7 grams of fentanyl, 102.9 grams of marijuana, 20 grams of mushrooms, $361, and drug paraphernalia.
Colon has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity – Two Counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Rowe has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity – Two Counts
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
