3/5/24 as of 5:00 pm: ***The area of Stevenson Blvd and Albrae St is now open***

This morning, 3/5/24, at approximately 9:45 a.m. Fremont Police Department received 911 calls reporting a shooting in the area of Stevenson Blvd. and Albrae St. Officers arrived on scene and located a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. Based on preliminary investigation, this is an isolated incident, and there are no threats to the public. This remains an active and ongoing investigation, and additional updates may be shared once available.
