Areas of fog are reducing visibility to less than 1 mile in parts
of the area. In addition, some patchy dense fog is embedded in the
fog with visibilities reduced to a quarter mile or less. 
Motorists should exercise extra caution. Be prepared for changes 
in visibility along your route. Slow down and leave a little extra
time to get to your destination. The visibility will improve 
towards mid to late morning.
