Just before 7 a.m., today, March 6, 2024, Beaufort County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to Old Wild Horse Road on Hilton Head Island for the report of a gunshot victim.
The public can expect an increased law enforcement presence on Old Wild Horse Road for the next several hours. We ask that you avoid the area if possible.
