The Public Safety Department received a report on today's date around 8AM of an unknown white male in this 30's, with facial hair driving either a beige or tan car.
The male, while stopped at the stop sign at Berkshire and Essex asked a 9 year old who was walking to school if he wanted a ride. The boy said no. The driver then left the area without any further interaction.
The incident is being investigated.
