Red Flag Warning until 06:00PM Wednesday 
The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect until 6 PM CST this evening.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Iowa, Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Sioux, O'Brien, Clay, Plymouth and Cherokee. In Minnesota, Cottonwood, Nobles and Jackson. In South Dakota, Union.
* WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 24 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LYON ... OSCEOLA ... DICKINSON ... SIOUX ... O'BRIEN ... CLAY ... PLYMOUTH ... CHEROKEE ... COTTONWOOD ... NOBLES ... JACKSON ... UNION
