Flood Advisory until 03:15PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following counties, Monterey and San Benito.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 109 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Prunedale, Boronda and Elkhorn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
