* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 740 PM EST, minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen today. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Long Branch, Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, Manasquan and Highlands. - This includes the following highways...
