Next Homeless Outreach Partnership Event is April 3; Vendor Applications Due March 25 
The Homeless Services Division, in conjunction with Fairfield Police Department’s HIT team, Kaiser Permanente, and BayNorth are hosting a Homeless Outreach Partnership Event (H.O.P.E.). The event will take place on April 3, 2024, 10 AM - 2 PM, at BayNorth Church of Christ, 2100 Pennsylvania Avenue.
We are currently accepting vendor applications from service providers that assist with housing, prevention, and support services for the unhoused. Any vendor interested in providing their services at the event can request and submit a vendor form to Arianne Irucuta at [email protected].
The deadline to submit the vendor application is March 25, 2024. Any questions or further information can be answered by Homeless Services Division at (707) 428-7679.
