* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Hunterdon and Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1138 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area especially along the Neshanic River. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - For Neshanic at Reaville: At 11:30pm the stage was 7.12 feet. Instructions:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
