UPDATE: Police Locate Missing 25-Year-Old Newark Woman and Her 2-Year-Old Daughter Unharmed 
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé reports that Kimora Hopkins, 25, of Newark, and her 2-year-old daughter, Nova Quinones, both reported missing today, have each been located unharmed.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about any criminal activity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
