* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex, Eastern Passaic, Eastern Union, Hudson, Western Bergen, Western Essex, Western Passaic and Western Union and southeast New York, including the following area, Rockland.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Low pressure is expected to bring 1 to 2 inches of rain across the area. The heaviest of the rain is expected to occur late Saturday evening into the late night hours. Steady rainfall should end by daybreak Sunday. Due to saturated conditions from the recent rainfall events earlier this week, quick responding rivers and streams may reach or exceed bankfull.
