* WHEN...From 9 AM to 5 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and powerlines. Numerous power outages are likely. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COASTAL HANCOCK ... COASTAL WASHINGTON
