INCIDENT: PC 311.11(a) Possession of Child Pornography
LOCATION: 10600 Block of Redlands Avenue, Hesperia
SUSPECT(S): Donal Seaver, 49 year-old, Resident of Hesperia
VICTIM(S): Unknown
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Crimes Against Children (CAC) Detail, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Hesperia Station conducted an investigation regarding the possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). During the investigation, detectives identified Donal Seaver as the suspect. At the conclusion of the investigation, Seaver was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for violation of PC 311.11(a), in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Seaver’s booking photograph.
