* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Norristown, Chester, Willingboro, Pottstown and West Deptford. - This includes the following highways...
