* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following counties, Burlington, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Somerset, Sussex and Warren and southeast Pennsylvania, including the following county, Bucks.

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 813 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick and Sayreville. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 56 and 76. New Jersey Turnpike between exits 7 and 13. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 53. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 7 and 42. Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 10. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 25 and 48.
