* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 113 AM EST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - For Neshanic at Reaville: At 1:00am the stage was 8.17 feet. Flood Stage is 6.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
