* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 309 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - For Millstone River at Blackwells Mills: At 1:15am the stage was 6.59 feet. Flood Stage is 9 feet. ...
