* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The growing season has not begun yet in portions of far north Georgia, including Dade, Walker, Catoosa, Whitfield, Murray, Gilmer, Fannin, Union, Lumpkin, Towns, and White counties, although sub-freezing temperatures are also forecast in these counties.
