* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The greatest snow totals will be found across the eastern half of Cuyahoga County. Wind chills will fall into the teens through tonight.
