* IMPACTS...Minor river flooding continues from heavy rain overnight.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1141 AM EDT, the Hackensack River at New Milford remains in minor flood stage. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional significant rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
