* Snow Squall Warning for... Northwestern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania... Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania... Southwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania... West central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 704 PM EDT, a dangerous snow squall was located over Jim Thorpe, or near Lehighton, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. SOURCE...Radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. This includes the following highways... Northeast Extension between mile markers 60 and 95. Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 279 and 299, and between mile markers 302 and 305. Interstate 380 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1. Locations impacted include... Lehighton, Palmerton, Jim Thorpe, Slatington, Nesquehoning, Weatherly, Walnutport, Brodheadsville, New Mahoning, Kunkletown, Neffs, Gilbert, Pocono Raceway, Coffeetown, Lake Harmony, New Tripoli, Tannersville, Rossland, Berlinsville, and Long Pond.
