Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On March 7, at approximately 2:11 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 600 block of East 9th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Officers made contact with 57-year-old Frank Singleton, who was found to be in possession of .7 grams of crack cocaine and taken into custody without incident.
Singleton has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $2,500 cash-only bail.
