Flushing will begin today on Private Hydrants in the Village 
The Village of Briarcliff Manor Water Department will be conducting routine fire hydrant maintenance and flushing of private fire hydrants starting today, March 11th.
This maintenance operation should only affect the premise where the hydrant is located.
Should you notice any discoloration, we recommend running the cold water tap for a few minutes until the water clears. Rest assured, any discoloration will dissipate as we progress out of your area.
This maintenance operation is essential for ensuring the proper functioning of all the Village's private fire hydrants and for flushing out the water mains. This helps maintain the highest quality water supply for our residents throughout the year.
