Wastewater Discharge, March 9th. 
The Town of Tryon had a discharge of untreated wastewater from a back-up located on the Vaughn Creek Greenway on March 9,2024 at approximately 12pm. An estimated 12,000 gallons of the untreated wastewater entered Vaughn Creek.
This notice is required by North Carolina General Statutes Article 21, Chapter 143-215.1C.
