INCIDENT: P.C. 422 - Criminal Threats
LOCATION: 90 Block of Desnok Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Charles Stewart, 56-Years-Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at approximately 7:37 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 90 block of Desnok Street, reference a man making criminal threats. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the suspect, Charles Stewart, made criminal threats towards the victim.
Charles Stewart was consequently arrested for P.C. 422 - Criminal Threats, and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Stewart remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
