Update on Rosamond barricade situation. 

After negotiating with the suspect, 24-year-old Joseph Nelson, Nelson exited the residence and was taken into custody without incident. Nelson was arrested and booked into the Lerdo Jail for resisting arrest, violation of a court order, criminal threats, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
