Simi Valley, CA – March 13, 2024 – In the early hours of March 13, 2024, at approximately 01:12 hours, Simi Valley Police Officers responded to a burglary alarm at Bev-Mo located at 405 Cochran Street. Upon arrival, officers confirmed a window had been smashed, signaling a break-in, and found that several bottles of various types of alcohol had been stolen.

While securing the premises to ensure no suspects were still on-site, a Patrol Supervisor began monitoring traffic on the east end of Simi Valley. The supervisor identified a suspicious vehicle heading eastbound on the 118 freeway. A traffic stop was conducted at Kuehner and the 118 Freeway.

During the ensuing investigation, officers noticed numerous bottles of alcohol in plain view within the vehicle, alongside Bev-Mo shopping hand baskets. Additionally, officers at the burglary scene viewed the suspects captured on video surveillance footage. The suspect’s clothing in the images matched the individuals detained in the vehicle.

The three suspects apprehended were identified as Hailey Johnson (21 years old) from Long Beach, Larry Harrison (22 years old) from Los Angeles, and DeShaun Rose (22 years old), also from Los Angeles. All three were placed under arrest and subsequently booked for Burglary and Conspiracy.
