This is an emergency notification from the Lubbock Police Department regarding a(n) Road Closed. The incident details at this time are: The Lubbock Police Department's Major Crash Investigation Unit will be conducting a follow-up investigation on Wednesday, March 13th. The mapping operation will begin at 9 a.m. at 3200 4th Street. The westbound lanes of 4th Street will be diverted to go north onto Flint Avenue. The eastbound lanes will be down to one lane. This operation is expected to last an hour. The LPD needs the public to avoid the area.
