Amarillo PACE officers arrest fentanyl dealer with large amount of cash.

DETAILS: On Tuesday, March 12, the officers from the Proactive Criminal Enforcement Unit received information about a suspect who was reported to be selling fentanyl. Officers developed probable cause on the subject through a traffic violation and stopped him. The subject was found to be wanted on local charges and arrested. He is identified as Neal Fry, male, 04/.07/1989. A passenger in the car was identified as Mariena Morrow, female, 08101994, and she was found to have 1 local warrant and arrested. Mariena was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia relating to fentanyl. Officers searched the vehicle and found 520 fentanyl pills and $45,000 cash, both belonging to Mr. Fry. Fry was booked into the Potter County jail for Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4G<200G. Morrow was booked in the Randall County jail for her local charge and drug paraphernalia.
